Based in Victor Harbor, our client provides recreation and disability support services to people of all ages across the Fleurieu Peninsula. The business is currently privately owned and due to company growth and their future development plan, they are now looking to recruit a practical, hands-on leader to manage their business operations. Your Key Responsibilities will include: SAFETY – Proactively demonstrate a commitment to WHS, putting the safety of your team, co-workers, visitors, participants, and yourself first every time. PEOPLE – As a Leader, contribute to the success of the business through facilitating collaboration, high performance, and working with respect. FINANCIAL – Ensure all financial obligations are met, manage budget and cashflow to maintain business viability. GOVERNANCE AND STRATEGIC – NDIS requirements are met and/or exceeded, and Registration has been achieved with growth opportunities identified. OPERATIONAL – Lead a team to deliver quality/person-centered/customer-focused outcomes in line with client expectations. CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT – Promote a clear vision of quality in services and supports, reviewing and monitoring quality and leading innovation and continuous improvement. Comprehensive understanding of community networks and relevant legislation, such as the NDIS. Significant experience as an operations and people manager. Broad knowledge of financial processes and guidelines related to individual funding and budgets, with high-level conceptual and analytical skills to assess and develop same. Ability to bring people on the journey, setting clear expectations for your team while supporting them to have the knowledge and skills to deliver great services and supports.
