You’ll oversee daily operations across Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and Maintenance, ensuring seamless service and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities Be the face of the resort, welcoming guests and ensuring an exceptional stay. Lead and develop a strong, motivated team, fostering a positive and professional culture. Oversee and manage Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and Maintenance operations. Ensure the highest standards of guest service and accommodation quality. Work closely with the General Manager to manage budgets, rostering, and financials. Identify opportunities for operational improvements and elevate guest experiences. About You We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, an excellent communicator, and passionate about creating unforgettable experiences. Previous experience in a similar role, particularly in hospitality or remote resorts, is essential.Proven experience managing a resort, lodge, or hospitality venue. Strong leadership skills with a passion for team development and ability to foster a positive work environment. Experience managing rostering and financials, ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations. Excellent time management, adaptability, and a solutions-focused mindset. A background in high-end food and beverage service. Experience with front office operations. Knowledge of RMS, or similar property management systems.
