About the Role In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day administration and management of the business, ensuring a cohesive work environment between stakeholders. This role is based in our Brisbane CBD office. Salary package with bonus structure Opportunities to further develop your career with mentorship from an experienced team Exposure to a wide range of duties to build your experience Commitment to professional development and training What You'll Do Operations Develop, manage and report KPI’s to achieve strategic objectives Identify and project manage business improvements Implement compliance requirements across the business Review business policy and procedures on an ongoing basis Support our marketing activity by working with our external marketing agency Liaise with external IT providers and consultants Coordinating professional and team development activities Routine office management People and Culture Manage our team of paraplanners and support staff in conjunction with the leadership team Arrange and conduct team meetings Develop team members in line with individual career plans Ensure six monthly performance objectives and reviews are completed for team members Embed values and culture of our business Liaise with external HR providers as required Finance Prepare budgets and provide monthly reporting to the leadership team Supervise outsourced accounting team including periodic review of the general ledger About You Hold a relevant qualification in finance, business or related discipline Minimum 6 years in a financial services practice management / development, or operations management role Experience in reporting to an executive team would be advantageous Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Experience in supervising, training and coaching professional team members Ability to work independently, problem solve, think critically and strong attention to detail Passionate self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to learn Fosters a collaborative and collegiate team culture Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Management and Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
