About Us: Our Work Dynamics business line works with some of the world's leading organisations to provide onsite solutions. The Role: You will be responsible for the Operations Management operations at assigned Client sites. The position requires balancing exceptional customer service delivery with effective building operations management to create an optimal workplace environment for Client employees and visitors.Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Build relationships with key client representatives Pro-actively develop and manage client stakeholders ensuring that the expected service levels are achieved Ensure compliance to all OH&S, Environment and Risk Management Policies and Procedures Contribute to the development and fulfilment of the asset plan and strategic direction Manage legislative and contractual obligations in accordance with JLL and client contract agreement and policies Assist and enable delivery towards achieving and maintaining client’s sustainability aspirations Assist planning, management and reporting of Capex and Opex budgets and delivery associated programs. What You Will Bring: Proven experience in Operations Management in a corporate environment Dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service and enjoys building client relationships Hands-on approach to problem solving with capability to juggle multiple ongoing tasks Ability to work autonomously and as part of a fast-paced team Tertiary qualifications in Facilities Management or related discipline are also highly regarded Familiarity with computerised maintenance management systems and have highly developed negotiation, influencing and communication skills Demonstrated capability to take initiative and leadership amongst a group and drive change What to expect from us: As an organisation, we don’t just accept that we are a place of many different people, but we embrace it, we celebrate it, and we proactively support the needs that difference brings.
