Our team runs multi-day tours to Uluru, Kings Canyon, and Kata Tjuṯa, operating daily, year-round. The Operations Manager will oversee all day-to-day operations to ensure smooth tour delivery and exceptional guest satisfaction. Responsibilities: Maintain structure to ensure efficient and organised operations Coordinate tour logistics, including vehicles, guides, food, camping supplies, linen, and park tickets for all departures in advance Manage the fleet using Fleetio and schedule regular maintenance to keep vehicles in top condition Organise cleaning and maintenance schedules for our camps Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organised depot and yard; assign staff duties to uphold these standards Ensure fleet, camps, equipment, and depot comply with strict OHS standards Collaborate with HR to hire, induct, and onboard new staff while planning for seasonal staffing needs Train, coach and manage staff Build and maintain strong relationships with local suppliers and contractors Monitor guest feedback and implement necessary changes to enhance customer satisfaction Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes staff retention and positions us as an employer of choice About You Previous operational or touring experience within the adventure tourism sector in rural or regional Australia Preferably 2+ years of experience in a similar role; however, applications from Tour Guides looking to transition into operations are welcome A hands-on attitude and a willingness to assist with practical tasks as needed MR/HR license with H Endorsement will be highly regarded Please note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. #J-18808-Ljbffr
