The Opportunity As well as overseeing the daily operations of the business, the Operations Manager is expected to lead by example, setting a standard for respectful, positive, and professional engagement with residents, staff, and other stakeholders. About you Experience managing people in a customer service environment Advanced user of Office 365 programs including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams Knowledge of occupational health & safety Knowledge and understanding of the needs of elderly people and common health concerns such as dementia, mental health, and cancer Financial skills and experience with budgeting Desirable Understanding of Retirement Village legislation and requirements Previous experience in Retirement Living, Aged Care, or Hospitality industries Why work with us?
