Reporting to our National Operations Manager – Before and After Care, you'll oversee a team of Regional Managers and work closely with our local QLD Partnership Manager to elevate program quality, drive operational excellence, and fuel our expansion across QLD.What You’ll Do Lead Multi-Site Operations: Oversee a team of Regional Managers, ensuring seamless operations and consistent excellence across all services. Drive Operational Excellence: Follow our systems to maintain high standards, manage compliance, and deliver the TeamKids promise every day. Expand Our Presence: Successfully open new schools, playing a key role in growing our network across QLD. Develop & Empower Teams: Mentor and empower your leadership team, set clear performance expectations, and foster an environment of continuous improvement. Manage Finances & Risks: Oversee budgets, control labour spending, and proactively manage operational risks to ensure both quality service delivery and financial sustainability. Engage Stakeholders: Build and nurture strong relationships with schools, internal departments, and community partners to drive successful programs. Who You Are Experienced in OSHC: You have a strong track record managing multi-site operations in the OSHC sector and understand its unique challenges.
