This role will lead, drive, and develop Victoria based resources to successfully, efficiently and profitably deliver client projects and to effectively implement change, systems, and processes into the Ci Business. Ideally, this position will be filled by a proactive individual with superior management skills, high attention to detail and exceptional communication skills. These, teamed with your positive 'can-do' attitude, ability to meet strict deadlines consistently and reliability, will see you succeed in this role as a valuable contribution to our VIC team. As part of this role, you will be responsible for various duties including but not limited to: Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of the VIC business and resolve processing issues that may arise. Provide an effective project management capability to efficiently deliver local implementations. Effectively managing financials of the State in cooperation with the State Sales Manager; in relation to procurement, controllable costs, State spending, budget outcomes for projects delivery and invoicing for projects. Maintain an effective operations environment ensuring adherence to established procedures and process to support a scalable operation. Including ICT management, governance and compliance in line with requirements of the business. Lead change activity to deliver the Business Strategy and participate in the development & ongoing delivery of continuous improvement initiatives across the business. Lead courageously and by example, demonstrating values and behaviours and working closely with your team to ensure training and development needs are met and performance and induction of people are robust and consistent. The successful candidate will need: Proven successful management and leadership of processes and people. Ideally Minimum of 5 years operations management experience preferably in audio visual, video conferencing, and unified communications integrated solutions with exposure to project management methodology. Experience managing a P&L Experience in the building/ construction/AV industry an advantage Demonstrated leadership, effective coaching and listening skills. Must be able to engage people to drive results and positive change. Excellent problem-solving capabilities. At times, be able to work within a time critical environment – be energetic and quick thinking. Willingness and enthusiasm to share knowledge & learnings.
