About the role We are looking for an Operations Specialist for 3-4 days per week in a hybrid role. This Operations role is pivotal to our success and there is huge opportunity for growth. We are a development organisation so developing you is core to who we are and what we do best. The ideal candidate would be: Detail orientated and able to work quickly and accurately Great at prioritisation and happy to jump into whatever challenge the day may bring Solutions-focused, able to understand a challenge and think on their feet for a solution Able to create and follow processes, but can also flex when required Experienced in event management Tech savvy and quick to adapt to new technologies Why would you want to join us? Responsibilities Solution Delivery: Ensure timely and efficient delivery of Peeplcoach products, communicate effectively with clients to resolve issues and troubleshoot any delivery challenges Process Innovation: Identify and implement process improvements, collaborate with teams, and build flexible delivery models Customer-Centric Focus: Understand customer needs, use data insights for enhancing experiences, and maintain quality standards Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data analytics for monitoring and improving operations, identify trends, and evaluate new tools Reporting & Documentation: Oversee client reporting and work with our Power BI partners to enhance our reporting capabilities Qualifications and skills: Required Skills and Qualifications: Strong problem-solving skills, creative thinker with a demonstrated ability to innovate and drive change. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Creative thinking and a proactive approach to finding new solutions. Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment and also to work independently. You will be tech-savvy, have worked with project management software, CRMs and other software tools/platforms. You will need to be able to quickly adapt to new technologies and be able to collaborate with our developers on our tech-stack/requirements. You will have to be a self-starter, be comfortable making decisions, taking risks, and sharing your expertise. We need your help and your energy. Preferred Skills: Experience in a fast-growing or tech-focused company. Knowledge of AI, or other technologies to optimise logistics and delivery. Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
