About the Role This is a hands-on leadership position where you’ll oversee the entire product lifecycle—from raw materials to the final delivery. Your mission is to ensure everything runs like clockwork while improving efficiency and exceeding customer expectations. As our client's Supply Chain / Operations Manager you will be required to : Manage and optimise logistics, production scheduling, and warehouse operations. Review and coordinate sales orders, invoices, stock positions, and pending receipts. Schedule production, domestic & international deliveries, and on-site installations. Analyse supply chain performance and implement improvements using tools like NetSuite. Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best terms and pricing. Project manage installations with clients. Lead and mentor teams, fostering a culture of safety, compliance, and collaboration. What We’re Looking For We are looking for a skilled Supply Chain / Operations Manager to join our client’s team in Orange NSW. The ideal candidate will have the following attributes : Proven leadership experience in supply chain or operations management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
