About the Role: As an Operations Team Leader , you will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of Allied Health professionals , ensuring the highest standards in injury management, RTW advice, and client service . You will play a key role in driving claims forward, fostering team growth, and maintaining strong relationships with employers and insurers . Key Responsibilities: Lead & Support a High-Performing Team: Foster a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement Oversee RTW & Injury Management Services: Ensure exceptional service delivery to clients and stakeholders Drive Claims & Physical Capacity Upgrades: Liaise with treating parties to facilitate positive claim outcomes Develop & Implement Tailored RTW Plans: Work closely with clients on effective return-to-work strategies Engage with Employers, Insurers & Brokers: Maintain strong relationships and provide expert RTW guidance Mentor & Develop Your Team: Provide training, coaching, and leadership to ensure high case management standards Set & Drive Performance Goals: Establish clear KPIs and provide regular feedback to maximize team success Ensure Efficient Case Management: Maintain detailed reporting and early intervention strategies Attend Workplace Meetings & Case Conferences: Represent the business in medical consultations & claims reviews What You Need to Succeed: Allied Health background is a MUST (AHPRA or ESSA Registration preferred) Proven leadership & team management experience in an Allied Health, RTW, or Injury Management setting Strong communication & interpersonal skills – ability to engage, motivate, and influence Demonstrated ability to drive RTW plans, negotiate claims, and manage injury cases Excellent reporting, presentation, and problem-solving skills Passion for continuous improvement and a strong work ethic Why Join Us?
