The Opportunity Within this role, you will be responsible for ensuring consistent frameworks are rolled out across the group, ensuring technical training across each site is rolled out effectively and meeting identified gaps. Identifying technical training needs through the evaluation of current operational effectiveness. Designing, administering, and delivering technical training programs for the operations group. Managing technical training assessments and frameworks rolled out across the group. Working with the site General Managers and Senior Leaders to ensure technical training is understood and successful across the group. You will support the Operations teams with: Developing Technical training material and tools. Partnering with OEMs to determine when external expertise is required. Supporting OHS and Quality with development Training and Assessment tools. Identification and development of training needs analysis. Utilisation and support the development of LMS. Identifying gaps in SOPs and ensuring, via working with relevant teams, that SOPs are current. Identifying relevant technology that can be utilised to drive efficiency in SOP development. What you’ll bring Certificate 4 in workplace training and assessment or similar qualifications. Previous Experience in managing Workplace training programs. 5 years’ Experience in a Manufacturing environment. Why Noumi? A new day brings new opportunities and possibilities.
