Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Operations Support Specialist located in the Greater Melbourne Area. The Sales Operations Support Specialist will be responsible for providing operational support, utilizing analytical skills, improving business processes, ensuring customer satisfaction, and effective communication. They will work across the business with a focus on supporting senior sales staff. Qualifications Operational Support and Business Process Improvement skills Analytical Skills and Communication skills Warehouse Inventory Management Experience in sales operations or customer support Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in relevant software and tools. Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce and Shopify would be advantageous.
