About the Role As the Opportunity Hub Leader, you will spearhead a team of dedicated professionals delivering innovative programs and services that foster personal responsibility, participation, and empowerment. Key Responsibilities Oversee a high-performing team, promoting excellence and continuous improvement. Develop community-specific strategies, set performance targets, and collaborate with key stakeholders to align with the Pama Futures vision PromoteOpportunity Hub initiatives, organise key events, and foster partnerships with local organisations to strengthen community ties. Manage assets, facilities, and logistics, ensuring seamless operations and adherence to safety standards. Prepare detailed reports on program milestones, community impact, and organisational objectives. What We’re Looking For Strong leadership experience, particularly in team and community settings. Knowledge of Cape York’s people, culture, and environment. Proven ability to build strategic partnerships and navigate complex issues with innovation and diplomacy. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Cape York communities. Experience in social and economic development or behaviour change initiatives.
