Oracle Banking Platform (OBP)/ Flexcube Consultant Pay: Competitive Employment type: Other Job Description Are you an experienced Oracle Banking Platform (OBP) Consultant looking to work in a dynamic banking environment? Work on large-scale banking projects with cutting-edge Oracle technologies Hybrid work environment with flexibility Opportunity to lead key technical initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders The Role: Design, develop, and customise applications using Oracle OBP to enhance banking operations Collaborate with business users to gather and refine requirements for banking projects Implement core banking functionalities, including payments, loans, deposits, and account management Develop solutions using Java, J2EE, ADF, SOA, OSB, Oracle Fusion, and OBP technologies Ensure seamless integration with other banking applications and maintain high security standards Troubleshoot and resolve Oracle Banking Platform issues for optimal performance Required Skills and Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience working with Oracle Flexcube/OBPM in a banking environment. Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, SQL, and PL/SQL. Banking Knowledge: Strong understanding of core banking processes such as payments, loans, deposits, and treasury. Integration Skills: Experience with integrating Oracle/OBP/Flexcube with other banking applications and platforms. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Communication Skills: Good communication and collaboration abilities. Preferred Skills: Certifications: Oracle Flexcube certification is a plus.
