Design, develop, and implement customizations, extensions, and integrations for Oracle CX applications. Configure and customise Oracle CX modules, including Fusion CX Sales Cloud, and Fusion CX Service Cloud. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and user guides. Perform data migration and integration tasks using Oracle tools and technologies. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle CX applications. Conduct performance tuning and optimisation of Oracle CX systems. Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and project teams. Stay updated with the latest Oracle CX product releases and technical advancements. Mandatory Qualifications: Strong proficiency in Oracle CX applications, including Fusion CX Sales Cloud, and Fusion CX Service Cloud. Extensive experience with Visual Builder Cloud Services and Visual Builder Studio. Experience with REST and SOAP web services for system integration. Strong understanding of CRM processes and best practices.
