We believe that there’s very little in the way of just doing it when it comes to experimenting with new technology; not only are you encouraged to explore your interests, develop new skills, but you will also have access to our global and partner training materials, and you will be supported to get industry certifications.This role can be based anywhere in Australia.Let’s talk about your qualifications and experience: Experienced in designing/architecting/implementing multiple Oracle Field Service Cloud projects Hands-on experience in configuring following Oracle Field Service Cloud modules/functionalities based on customer requirements Configure outbound from Oracle field service cloud to external systems, as part of which the payloads would need to be configured that will be understood by the middleware Work with the middleware teams and assist with web service creation using the OFSC API framework Work with internal development/middleware teams to arrive at the best integration methodology/framework between Oracle field service cloud and CRM/ERP applications/other systems. Define, configure, test and support solution footprint for projects involving complex customer requirements involving all OFSC modules or subset. Customize Manage and mobility screens based on customer requirements to introduce new functionalities to existing screens or create new screens altogether and tie them up to display profiles. Work with presales consultants to design and build demos and proposals, encompassing all the modules of Oracle field service cloud Create functional and technical design documents for oracle field service cloud implementations Manage a small team of solution developers, integration developers, testers as part of the project implementation Let’s talk about the role and responsibilities: Architect and design Oracle CX - Field Services Solution Configure and customise Oracle CX Stakeholder and business management and communication Led teams and manage end to end delivery for the CX stream Support in PreSales Let's talk about what's in it for you!
