As an Oracle HCM & Business Lead, you will be responsible for the technical direction and management of Oracle HCM (Human Capital Management) implementations, system enhancements, and ongoing support. This role demands advanced technical proficiency in Oracle HCM modules, combined with exceptional leadership skills. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, scalable solutions that align with organisational goals and drive business efficiency. Your expertise will ensure the successful execution of projects and continuous improvement of HCM systems to meet the evolving needs of the business.
