About The Role To ensure the effective and efficient end-to-end supply of new vehicles from factory-orders through to delivery to their end location, for Eastern (NSW, ACT) & Northern (QLD) Region. Key Responsibilities Fulfil monthly national production quota of specified model group(s). The administration of inbound shipments of vehicles into and out of Australia. Collaborate with local (3PL) to effectively administer outbound car flow management and track vehicle preparation and delivery to agreed lead times, for partners located in NSW, ACT and QLD. Maintain vehicle data, sales orders and support quarterly stocktake. Monitor vehicle order bank and shipping to ensure timely production and arrivals into Australia. Order, monitor and report on supply pipeline for Market Introduction (MI), Launch, Special Event vehicles. Make submissions to government authorities and support vehicle homologation and stop sales. Assist other departments with sourcing and ordering of vehicles (Company Vehicles, Press & Marketing etc.). Ensure good communication with internal contacts and external clients and providers. Support training of the retail network, develop and present training material. Ad hoc tasks. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in the vehicle supply environment. Sound knowledge of Qlik and database usage. Strong communication skills (verbal and written). Strong practical and analytical problem-solving skills with an operational focus. Microsoft Office Excel, Power Query and PowerPoint Intermediate/Advanced. Attention to detail and time management skills. What are the benefits of working at Polestar?
