About the Role The Operations Manager, ANZ/KR, is responsible for the execution and delivery of Demand Generation campaigns within the Australia and Korea region, with additional oversight of global campaigns. This role involves commercial proposal support, resource planning, revenue forecasting, and performance tracking, ensuring all campaigns meet client requirements and are delivered efficiently. Responsibilities: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather, document, and refine business process requirements. Conduct detailed analyses of existing workflows, methods, and systems to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Develop process maps and functional specifications using data modelling and process analysis techniques. Design and recommend improved organisational methods, procedures, and systems aligned with business objectives. Create and implement test plans to validate process and system enhancements. Deliver comprehensive training and produce clear, detailed documentation for end-users. Act as a central point of reference for organisational processes, providing expert guidance and recommendations. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes, suggesting continuous improvement opportunities. Apply project management principles to plan, resource, and deliver process improvement initiatives. Conduct cost-benefit analyses and feasibility studies for proposed changes. Ensure that organisational processes comply with relevant standards, policies, and regulations. Liaise with IT teams and external vendors to align system enhancements with process improvements. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project outcomes and process performance. About You Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Minimum two (2) years of experience in process analysis or organisational improvement roles. Strong analytical skills with expertise in data modelling and process analysis tools. Proven ability to identify inefficiencies and implement practical, cost-effective solutions. Familiarity with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present technical information in clear, business-focused terms. Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to driving continuous improvement.
