About the role The Organisational Development & Learning Lead supports Barwon Water Group in delivering our organisational strategy through shaping performance, behaviour, and culture. You’ll lead the design of organisational development initiatives including exploring and diagnosing challenges and opportunities, consultation with the business for feedback, proposing solutions, and evaluating their success. You’ll partner with senior leaders to understand and support business objectives and priorities, implementing our People Strategy to build our people capability. With a strategic focus, you’ll employ a behaviour change management approach to the design, implementation, and evaluation of organisational development initiatives, to ensure a focus on the people side of change and maximise the success of initiatives. About you With highly developed leadership capability to influence, coach, and motivate others, you build rapport with ease, developing strong relationships with people at all levels of the organisation. You have a thorough understanding of contemporary organisational development, specifically related to leadership development and performance frameworks. You’re experienced in leading or supporting the people side of change initiatives and can confidently coach people leaders. With a passion for delivering strategic outcomes, uplifting individual competency and organisational capability, you get a real kick out of seeing your actions make an impact. Your qualifications in Human Resources (or similar) will be put to the test as you play a pivotal, strategic role across the organisation.
