SC4 - Demonstrated commitment to working with the relevant industry regulations, child safety standards and MTOP (My Time, Our Place) Framework at an exceeding level. SC5 - Demonstrated commitment to professional growth and development for both self, others and the program. Role Hours are 38 hours a week with a 30 minute unpaid break a day. Monday - Thursday 10am-6:15pm Friday 11:45am-6:15pm As the OSHC Coordinator you will be responsible for the delivery of high quality care for primary aged children. The employee is responsible in consultation with the Principal and School Council for the preparation, implementation and evaluation of a high quality developmentally appropriate program. With a focus on individual children and the groups needs while ensuring the programs Vision/Mission and policies are upheld and implemented. A main focus of this role will be the management of the enrolments, bookings, invoicing, medical information, CCS and other associated financial aspects of the program. The coordinator will also ensure the program continues to meet regulations and standards at an exceeding level. The coordinator will be required to work 38 hours a week during school holidays in addition to the school terms. Responsibilities Have a high level of professionalism and work ethic. Demonstrate ability to maintain confidentiality. Team player with excellent communication skills. Ready to deliver engaging programs and inspire children to learn, explore and play. Understanding and demonstrated ability of childcare administration software and CCS. Manage compliance documents and other administrative tasks. Working with the OSHC Manager to identify and respond to service improvement opportunities. Creating a positive relationship with the school, families, local community. Undertake the completion of administrative tasks, accurately and in a timely manner. Coordinate and maintain the enrolments of students in accordance with the Education and Care Services National Law Act 2010 and Education and Care Services National Regulations 2011 and policies and procedures of the service. Ensure the inclusion of all children and young people within the service, including those with additional care needs. Bring a high level of working knowledge and demonstrated implementation of the National Quality Framework, the Education and Care Services National Law Act 2010 and the Education and Care Services Regulations 2011- and MTOP as required for the provision of OSHC programs. Who May Apply Applicants must have: Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification approved by ACECQA. At least 2 years of experience, preferably coordinator experience within the OSHC Sector or child care sector. Employee Working with Children Check valid in the relevant state. Valid HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting (including First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training). Now it is a thriving service at exceeding level providing care to over 100 students a day.
