About the role My client is an Australian leader in automated packaging solutions. Due to experiencing growth, we are seeking a Junior Customer Service Officer to join the small customer service team based in Heidelberg. Reporting directly to the Customer Optimisation Manager, this position will require the highest level of service provided to their customers across Australia. You will be responsible for: Receiving, responding to, and calling all customer enquiries via phone and email. Creating and rescheduling jobs. Making outbound calls to book in services. Following up on quotes and qualifying all new customers for the customer service team. Maintaining customer and equipment details within the internal database. Tracking jobs and following up on quotes. To be successful in this role, you will have: Strong and effective communication skills. The ability to build strong rapport with customers.
