Assist customers in understanding their options and recommend tailored life insurance solutions Build trust and meaningful relationships by providing expert advice Drive towards sales targets, consistently exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Maintain compliance standards and provide general advice only. About You: Previous sales experience - life insurance sales, or outbound contact centre sales experience is a plus Target-driven and motivated – eager to succeed and maximise earnings Pipeline management skills – ability to nurture leads and close deals Resilient and solutions-focused – thrives in a fast-paced sales environment Excellent communication and rapport-building skills Why Choose Compare Club?
