We’re looking for a Store Manager to lead our 2XU Outlet Store at DFO SOUTH WHARF and inspire a team that’s passionate about fitness, health and performance. KEY CONTRIBUTIONS Lead and Inspire : Build and coach a team that embodies 2XU’s mission and values. Foster a culture of excellence and personal growth. Operational Excellence : Take ownership of operations, including inventory, rostering, training, and visual merchandising, ensuring everything runs seamlessly. Deliver Results : Drive sales, achieve store KPIs, and deliver a premium customer experience that keeps people coming back. Get Creative : Work with Retail and Community teams to run engaging in-store activations, events, and merchandising displays that showcase 2XU products and values. Connect with the Community : Create meaningful relationships with local fitness groups, athletes, and like-minded partners. Lead and support activations, events, and community campaigns.
