The Role As Outlets Manager at Novotel Wollongong Northbeach, you will liaise between multiple departments to ensure the success of Adrift and North Bar events and live entertainment, and to create memorable experiences for our guests. This role will oversee operations in North Bar, Adrift Pool Bar, In Room Dining & Le Pantry and will provide support to Palisade Restaurant. Reporting to the Food and Beverage Services Manager, the Outlets Manager is responsible for event execution, social media management, beverage inventory management, supplier relationships, and team performance. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the outlets teams and ensure service standards are exceeded Manage and budget live entertainment for the outlets Active role in mapping out and executing events in the outlets Manage the social media for the outlets Beverage inventory management including the stock take process (wastage, consumption tracking, commentary) Maintain and build supplier relationships and lead negotiations Oversee back-end administrative tasks for key operating including rostering overview and float reconciliation Address guest concerns and react quickly and professionally About You Previous leadership experience in food and beverage/events required, within a large scale hotel preferred Strong liquor licencing understanding and representation Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships Ability to problem solve and prioritise tasks within a fast paced environment Excellent communication and organisational skills Goes above and beyond for our valued guests The ability to work a rotating flexible roster, including weekends, public holidays and evenings Take pride in your personal presentation A police check will be required for this role The benefits Access to Accor discounts, including worldwide accommodation discounts Internal and external training and development opportunities and online training platform Career development opportunities within Oscars Group across multiple amazing venues.
