Your opportunity As an Outreach Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for the logistical coordination and administration of outreach visits. Working side by side with people who go the extra mile, you’ll also love the feeling of helping children and adults who need us. Here’s how you’ll do it: Support Manager with rostering of clinical staff availability for outreach trips. Act as the primary point of contact for enquiries (internal and external) relating to outreach visits and services. Confirm outreach trip dates with communities and stakeholders in advance and in the lead up to the trip. Invoicing & receipting as required. Liaise with Manager and the Work Health Safety team to assess and monitor potential hazards on outreach trips. Reevaluate trips, minimise risks and cancel or reschedule trips when necessary. Engage in the reporting of hazards or incidents via the Hearing Australia reporting process. What you’ll bring We believe the successful candidate will have excellent organisation skills, an understanding of First Nations communities, and the ability to deliver outputs collaboratively with internal/external stakeholders. You’ll bring: A good understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and culture. Previous experience in a customer-facing role. Demonstrated commitment to best practice customer service. Self-motivated to work independently, prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
