About The Role Anglicare is looking for a Outreach Worker for the Community Pantry program to run and operate Anglicare's FFA Community Pantry operations, such that all services are delivered with best possible impact and experience for shoppers and partner churches. To provide excellent service, taking responsibility for daily operations. This is a Maximum Term (till January 2026), Part Time (2 days a week) role based at Minchinbury. Responsibilities (not limited to): Ensure all Community Pantry sites are fully covered and engaged in program by working with the team. Restocking the Community Pantry van before and after service. Visiting partnered churches to operate service, providing exceptional customer service to Parish volunteers and clients. Ensure Parishes are fully engaged with the CP program by communicating relevant information and providing a professional, safe, culturally sensitive service that encourages parish involvement. Ensures accurate and timely financial administration by processing money on time, banking cash weekly and documenting daily reconciliations. Ensures up-to-date client statistics are available by maintaining a register of clients who attend the program. Contribute to the safety culture by keeping the workplace safe, clean and tidy, complying always with safe work practices. Requirements: Certificate or equivalent qualification in Community Services and/or Warehouse Logistics highly regarded. Previous experience in Customer Service/Food Industry/Social Welfare or similar relevant field. Current NSW Drivers Licence. Benefits of joining Anglicare: A warm, welcoming culture.
