Position Summary As the Overnight Chef, you'll take charge of our kitchen during the night shift, overseeing the preparation of meals for both our employee dining area and breakfast restaurant. You'll also ensure that all In-Room Dining orders are flawlessly prepared and served to the highest standards, as guided by our Executive Chef. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Demi Chef looking to step up and expand their expertise as an Overnight Chef de Partie. The Role Follow and uphold the hotel's service standards, policies, and procedures. Consistently prepare and present high-quality dishes across all areas of your station. Demonstrate expertise in all duties and tasks related to your assigned station, ensuring compliance with established standards. Show flexibility and adaptability in meeting the dynamic needs of the culinary department. Maintain the overall standards of the kitchen while adhering to guidelines and regulations. Ensure strict adherence to Health, Hygiene, and Safety protocols in line with hotel policies. Talent Profile Tertiary education or culinary qualifications. Experiences in a similar role. Good command of written and spoken English. Competent computer skills. Ability to work overnights. Full working rights in Australia.
