Posted: 28/02/2025 Parking Provided | Work From Home! | Stratamaster Medium to High Density Management ~35 OC's & 900 lots Owners Corporation Manager Role Due to growth and changes, our Camberwell office of 20+ staff is seeking an experienced owners corporation / strata manager to join us. Come and belong in a fantastic large, supportive, clean office environment, with 2 days work from home, a team of 20+ staff, and some of the best people and processes/systems in the industry to work for! After taking on a new portfolio of around 900 lots , we are looking for an owners corporation manager to help take this on. You will have admin support and training/re-training provided, including a handover with the existing manager, using StrataMaster software. Job Duties: Manage your own portfolio of properties, residential and some mixed use / commercial properties, circa ~900 lots in the inner suburbs. Handle emails and/or enquiries, owner enquiries, strata levies, etc. Deal with accounts, admin, letters, breach notices, maintenance requests, etc., for the portfolio/properties. Attend sites if required for meetings occasionally, with time in lieu for after hours meetings. With an excellent name brand, friendly and supportive directors who understand how tough strata management can be, you will be working for some of the best in the industry. Hours: Monday to Friday 9-5:30pm, no weekends. What's On Offer: 1st Year Salary Range $110,000 + Super - $120,000 + Super Tools of the trade, laptop, etc., provided Parking provided free at Office Senior Owners Corporation Manager Title can be offered, based on experience 2 days work from home and flexible hours too, very flexible office, they just want the portfolio managed. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Solid understanding of the strata industry and/or property and asset management experience, ideally with their own similar strata portfolio.
