PART TIME ASSISTANT MANAGER RETAIL SALES POSITION We are seeking a motivated, initiative driven, friendly and personable individual to join our small team. We are a specialist footwear store that is entirely focused on excellent customer service, fit, and building strong rapport with every customer, ensuring a superior experience every time. This role involves customer service, sales, professionalism and being able to interact with people of all ages and abilities in a courteous and respectful manner. The ideal candidate must possess the following: Full availability during January 2026 and one week of each school holidays Must be available to work weekdays until 5pm Mature, reliable, excellent work ethic and able to work autonomously Exceptional work ethic Punctual, reliable and honest Able to commit to an intensive training program and willing to listen and learn Lead by example at all times Willing to work approximately 20-30 hrs per week (excluding January) Ability to use programs such as Canva, Brevo, Instagram and have intermediate computer skills This role is ideally suited to candidates who love retail and customers and will treat the store as their own, looking for regular hours.
