The Opportunity: We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Parts Supervisor to join our Melbourne team. This is a hands-on position where you will oversee parts operations, engage directly with customers, and support a dynamic national team. If you have a passion for the automotive/4WD / Agricultural or industrial parts industry and enjoy leading by example, this is the role for you! Key Responsibilities: Provide outstanding customer service by assisting clients with parts inquiries and orders. Lead and support a small team, fostering a positive and productive workplace culture. Coordinate with other branches and suppliers to efficiently meet customer needs. Implement and maintain best practices to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. About You: Proven experience in a parts, customer service, or supervisory role (preferably within the automotive or industrial sectors). Hands-on approach with a willingness to be directly involved in day-to-day operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset. Ability to manage, motivate, and develop a small team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. A proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments.
