In this role, you’ll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as: Demonstrate an enthusiastic approach for work within a large team Assist the Senior Chefs with the daily preparation and service of food Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards within this very fast-paced kitchen About you You’ll bring the following: Working knowledge of HACCP Similar experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie Experience in high-end volume operations including buffet, events, plated desserts & retail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Additional Information To be successful, you’ll be able to work around a 24-hour, 7-day week roster including weekends and public holidays.This role requires: Certificate 3 in Patisserie.
