Reporting to a Senior Business Partner , and as an integral member of a supportive and collegiate P&C team, your role as a P&C Business Partner will be varied and encompass a wide range of responsibilities including; Management of key internal client/practice groups taking ownership of the P&C function Advise and deliver P&C programs and processes . This includes performance management, coaching, change management, recruitment, employee relations, OH&S, policies, benefits, reporting and legislative compliance Support and contribute to P&C programs and new P&C initiatives/projects Build strong and enduring relationships with staff at all levels within the firm Monitor, manage and deliver continual improvement of P&C systems, policies and processes Contribute to the development and implementation of P&C strategies Ensure all activities undertaken by P&C comply with relevant Acts, legal requirements and ethical standards The ideal candidate will demonstrate.... Proven experience in a P&C Advisory or Business Partner capacity Experience gained in a law firm or in other professional services Solid generalist P&C experience covering a wide range of P&C issues, from both an operational and strategic perspective Experience working with business owners/executive team Project management experience Excellent communication skills at all levels and a strong client service focus Strong 'hands on' P&C style with the ability to motivate and influence others Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities 'Team player' ethos and have a high levels of discretion, integrity and commitment to the company's standards Initiative and a proactive approach This is a truly rewarding, generalist P&C Business Partner role allowing you to consolidate your HR experience and enjoy further professional development opportunities!
