Your Opportunity to Shine We’re on the lookout for a meticulous and personable People & Culture Project Specialist to lead the charge in implementing Workday , a best-in-class HR system that will transform how we work. Whether you’re the systems guru of your current P&C team within generalist or specialist HR, or have first-hand experience with Workday implementation and would love to bring your skills to do it all again, this role is your chance to make a real impact. What You’ll Do In this 12-month full-time fixed-term contract (with potential to extend), you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering the successful rollout of Workday. Your day-to-day could include: Collaborating with stakeholders : Understand and document business needs to align with organisational goals. Configuring Workday : Tailor Workday modules—Core HR, Recruitment, Payroll, and Talent Management—to meet business requirements. Driving data excellence : Oversee data migration and ensure accuracy and integrity during the transition. Testing for success : Participate in system testing and user acceptance phases to ensure seamless functionality. Empowering our teams : Develop and deliver comprehensive training materials, ensuring everyone is confident with the new system. Leading change : Support change management initiatives, helping teams embrace new processes and workflows. Solving challenges : Troubleshoot and resolve issues while providing ongoing improvement recommendations. What You’ll Bring We’re looking for someone who is: Experienced in Workday implementation or a key user in P&C systems (Workday expertise highly regarded). Knowledgeable about HR processes across the employee lifecycle—recruitment, onboarding, performance, development, and more. Familiar with Australia’s industrial relations landscape, including Awards and enterprise bargaining agreements. A confident communicator, ready to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. You’ll enjoy getting away from your desk to go and engage with key stakeholders. Organised, detail-oriented, and motivated, with exceptional problem-solving and project management skills. Adaptable and resilient, thriving in dynamic environments. Skilled in data analysis with a systems-oriented mindset.
