About the OPPORTUNITY We currently have an exciting leadership opportunity for a motivated leader to own the Product Design & Lifecycle Management (PLM) capabilities. This is a new role responsible for a Product Team delivering services for the Maritime business unit, reporting to the Business Systems Manager – Maritime. Key responsibilities include: Provide Leadership to the Product Lifecycle Management Product Team. Partner with business stakeholders and the architecture team, ensuring the product(s) remain fit for purpose, aligning to the strategy and capability roadmaps. Lead Service Delivery to provide our Maritime customer a service that exceeds expectations, working with the team to ensure service standards are effectively implemented, incidents, service requests, & problems are managed through to closure. Working with the PLM Delivery Lead, Partner with stakeholders to plan and deliver key projects and activities within agreed schedules. Working with the PLM Operations Lead, lead Operational activities with the team ensuring services are appropriately patched, upgraded, available, supportable and cyber secure. Take Ownership of the product(s), establishing an agreed pipeline, driving continuous improvement, overseeing financials, and representing the Maritime IM&T function for all matters PLM. Manage services within Governance & Change Management frameworks. About YOU Experience in stakeholder management, product strategy and product development. Demonstrated experience leading a team and end-to-end product delivery cycles. Conceptual knowledge of PLM, CAD/CAE/CAM toolsets and integrations. Experience working in scrum teams and managing a pipeline of work. Ability to think critically, drive continuous improvement and think ahead. Defence security clearance, or eligibility to obtain and eligibility to be cleared for International Traffic In Arms (ITAR) regulations.
