Add expected salary to your profile for insights. As an Operations Supervisor, you will provide strong leadership to our PM shift team located at our Adelaide Depot in Gillman. You will provide effective leadership across all areas of depot operations and functions which includes linehaul, intrastate freight, warehousing, and administration. We are seeking a leader possessing 3 - 5 years of transport and logistics experience in a supervisory role and preferably in an Express/General freight environment that has a high record of achievement in leading a large depot/warehousing facility. The role is responsible for supervising our PM Shift Operations, ensuring load restraint guidelines are followed. The ideal candidate will possess: Sound knowledge of the use of Load Restraint Good Customer Service Skills Strong Leadership skills Good knowledge of Excel Problem Solving abilities Strategic thinking Safety focus Ability to understand and meet site KPI's As an innovative and creative problem solver, you will possess highly developed management consulting skills. You will be forward looking and implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve operational metrics and team dynamics.
