Demonstrated stable employment history. Ability to work autonomously. Comprehensive understanding of Occupational Health and Safety requirements. Understanding of Custom Designed and Medium Density Housing Developments, including civil and site works. Local estimating experience in residential housing, custom and architecturally-designed construction and medium density developments. Experience with Cubit Estimating and Databuild Software Programs would be beneficial combined with competent computer skills. Practical understanding of Building and Construction Codes of Australia. Knowledge of general and specialist building materials suppliers and procurement methodologies. Insight into client expectations, project budget costing, and approvals procedures, combined with the necessary drive and initiative to achieve outcomes.
