Operating nationally for 35+ years, we have specialised in building and contents restoration to domestic and commercial properties damaged through insurable events such as fire, storm, flood, and malicious damage. An exciting and rewarding opportunity for someone who wants to give back to the community and be empowered to achieve their best within a supportive and friendly team. The Project Coordinator works within the restoration team providing a high standard of quality service to both customers and clients by engaging trades, technicians, preparing reports and scopes, managing budgets and time frames to ensure delivery within the client set KPI’s. Key activities include but are not limited to: Project coordination of small-medium repairs Cost management through claim life and handling of trade invoices Focus on KPIs and client agreements Collate photos and documents for reports and quotations Effectively liaise with stakeholders Essential Capabilities and Behaviours Expert organisational and time management skills Interpersonal skills with an ability to maintain and build relationships Exceptional multitasking abilities Ability to thrive in a team Strong attention to detail Desirable Skills (not essential) Experience in insurance repair coordination Experience with establishing & maintaining long term relationships/accounts Due to our business being mostly weather-related and linked to major insurable events, overtime is occasionally required during these event times to assist in the increased workloads.
