Reputable office with a great market presence Paying $80k - $85k + super! 1 day WFH per week/ flexible hours No weekends! The Role NO leasing, NO Trust Accounting, NO BDM! Capped, clean portfolio of 100-120 properties within 5km of the office Liaising with landlords and tenants Completing entries and exits Managing arrears Repairs & maintenance Carry out regular rent and lease reviews Cloud-based software The Successful Candidate: 12+ months of previous Real Estate/Property Management experience QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration Strong organisational skills & attention to detail Solid written & verbal communication skills Outstanding telephone manner & time management Valid driver's license This is your opportunity to be part of something great with a company that will support your progression.
