The Responsibilities: Assist with conducting property inspections and preparing inspection reports. Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with contractors/vendors to ensure timely resolutions. Manage lease agreements including processing applications, conducting reference checks, and coordinating lease signings. Provide leasing administration support, including preparing lease documentation, handling tenant inquiries, and facilitating lease renewals. Ensure compliance with relevant property regulations and legislation. Respond to inquiries and concerns. Conduct periodic rent reviews and assist with rental arrears management. Handle property marketing administration, including creating listings, managing advertising, and coordinating property viewings. Maintain accurate records of property-related information, including tenancy agreements, maintenance records, and financial transactions. The Candidate: Our ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with tenants, landlords, and vendors. A Real Estate Certificate or License is essential, along with access to own car and driver’s license. The successful applicant will also possess:A positive & energetic personality Immaculate personal presentation The ability to work both autonomously and in a team Proficiency with Inspect Real Estate (IRE), Property Me & Inspection Express software is highly desirable.
