Paediatric Occupational Therapist, Developmental Educator, Speech Pathologist, Social Worker Seeking expressions of interest for a career opportunity. I’m a social worker in Adelaide who supports neurodivergent individuals ages 5-30. Most support is offered as home or school-based sessions in a range of areas including but not limited to emotional regulation, executive functioning skills, play and social skills, anxiety management, and consultancy for parents and schools. I am looking to take someone on as a contractor in the next couple of months as I will be going on maternity leave. I have a caseload of 12.5 client hours that I am hoping to pass on to an OT, SP or Social Worker who would like to come and work under the banner of my business Making Strides Allied Health. Hours will fluctuate with plan expiries etc., as is the nature of NDIS, so the contractor would have to understand this. The intention is to build up more work over time. It is encouraged that this contractor will also seek to bring work into the business and be rewarded financially for doing so. I am looking for someone trustworthy, knowledgeable, dedicated, motivated, and friendly, who has the intention of remaining with me and the business for years to come. This role would suit those who like to work flexibly. Minimum 3 years experience with the same client group is required. Must have all relevant clearances and be registered with their professional body.
