Due to continued growth, we require a quality Paid Search Manager to join our team and assist us to maximise our clients’ potential. To be a successful Paid Search Manager in our team you will need to demonstrate at least 3 years of Paid Search experience and: Be highly motivated by achieving & exceeding client results. The ideal individual will have: A minimum of 3 years of experience managing and optimizing Paid Search campaigns (Google and Microsoft) for eCommerce brands, preferably with annual spends over $1M. In-depth understanding of Google Ads, Ads Editor, Google Merchant Centre, Google Analytics, and a proven track record of delivering results by identifying and executing on key optimization opportunities. Experience managing and scaling campaigns across multiple platforms, including creative research, ad copy creation, optimization, and reporting. A strong analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Google Data Studio, Google Sheets, and Tableau. An ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, achieve buy-in from stakeholders, and communicate effectively to ensure alignment. Experience with other digital advertising channels such as programmatic, paid social, and SEO is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field is desirable.
