ABOUT THE ROLE We are recruiting for a Trade Qualified Painter with experience as either Foreperson or Head Painter, to join the team at Marrickville as the Paint Performance Manager. The main duties include:Ensuring high-quality workmanship in accordance with Repairhub standards. Leading and mentoring a highly skilled team to achieve and maintain required daily targets. Manage appropriate use of material and equipment & ensuring safe working practices. WHAT YOU WILL NEED Relevant experience and qualifications. Driver's License. Appropriate Australian working rights. Be a strong team player. Have a genuine interest in the industry.
