The Opportunity We are looking for a dynamic professional to come on board as Park Operations Manager to oversee our Racecourse Beach location. The Park Operations Manager role is an integral part of the Tasman Holiday Parks Operational Management team and has full operational and profit and loss responsibility for the asset under management.You will be responsible for: Ensuring the delivery of the parks Operational Business Plan in line with overall fund strategy Leading interdepartmental alignment in park (Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance) to achieve and exceed required commercial outcomes Identifying new business opportunities for the park and making commercial recommendations Full P&L accountability for the park, including strategies to overcome underperformance Efficient management of the cost base while ensuring the highest-level resident/guest experience Enhancing the capital value of assets under management Oversight and delivery of operational capital reinvestment for the portfolio Contributing to overall corporate/group initiatives Adherence to minimum presentation standards in all park areas Development and implementation of a resourcing plan for the park Monitoring and reviewing performance and devising strategies to overcome underperformance Driving and improving Parks NPS and addressing negative customer feedback Compliance with Local & NSW Government Regulations About You Ideally, we are looking for someone with: Proven leadership of large teams in accommodation or holiday park sectors At least five years’ senior site experience Advantageous: Experience with leasing (tenancy, commercial, land lease) Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills Extensive high-volume transactional commercial experience Tertiary or industry-recognised qualification in business management or related hotel/tourism discipline Strong leadership, operational, financial, and people management skills Adaptability in a fast-paced environment Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Demonstrated change management leadership Results-driven with a sense of urgency High commitment to customers and team Advocacy for safe work practices Knowledge of operations in remote locations is an advantage As part of this role, there will be a requirement to work weekends, nights, and live on-site in a remote environment. The role is ideally suited to someone wanting to relocate to the South Coast of NSW. Why Join Us?
