As the Parks and Streetscapes Operations Manager, you will manage a large number of staff and contracted services across the expansive Inner West Council area. You will utilize your specialist skills and experience in parks and streetscapes operations to deliver services to the wider community. This role is part of the Infrastructure Directorate and reports to the Senior Manager Operations. You will lead the work and activities of your staff and ensure that the team consistently works to meet its targets and commitments against their individual and team performance plans and Council's Operational and Strategic plans. You will be community-focused and work collaboratively with the Senior Manager Operations to ensure the success of the directorate. Salary: $144,854 to $163,035 + 11.5% superannuation Access to Inner West Council Motor Vehicle Leaseback Scheme Some of the required skills, experience, and qualifications: Relevant tertiary qualification OR significant equivalent industry experience in operational service delivery Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a large team and its functions to achieve outcomes that address current challenges for the IWC and its commitments to the community. Specialist knowledge, skills, and experience in parks and streetscape operational service delivery.
