Part Time - Executive Director - Legal - Resources, Energy and Renewables - Marketing / Events / Sponsorship My client is the leading not-for-profit membership organisation for lawyers practicing across the resources, energy and renewables space. The purpose of the role of Executive Director is to provide strong and effective leadership and management of the organisation, to deliver excellent and relevant services to its members, maintain strong relationships with its stakeholders (including the board, commercial partners and sponsors) and in so doing promote and enhance the brand, position and reputation. This is a 3 day per week role The Role: Strong leadership and management of organisation and team Driving and executing effective strategies which deliver on the strategic plan and goals Ensuring continuous improvement in member and stakeholder experiences and delivering excellent member and stakeholder value Promoting a high-performance collaborative culture Developing and maintaining proactive and collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholder groups, including commercial partners and sponsors, to enhance and promote the brand, reputation and position Identifying commercial opportunities to achieve increased revenue generation Increasing membership numbers and diversity, including in-house and government lawyers and industry professionals Developing ER LAW’s brand and marketing of products Increasing appeal to members, potential members and to commercial partners outside the legal industry Encouraging innovative and creative thinking, embracing new ideas and initiatives, being adept at identifying new and emerging opportunities to diversify current revenue streams Ideal Candidate Senior leadership experience in an organisation, including leading and managing people and projects Previous professional membership association management experience is an advantage Implementing sound governance practices Previous experience in the sponsorship/events sector is an advantage Previous marketing experience Financial management and revenue generation Driving strategy, innovation, business improvement, profit and growth Marketing, brand and sponsorship development Developing and maintaining high-level networks Seniority level Executive Employment type Part-time Job function Marketing, Legal, and Consulting Industries Non-profit Organizations, Oil, Gas, and Mining, and Legal Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
