Responsibilities: Maintain the beauty and safety of our gardens and grounds Work closely with residents to understand their needs and preferences Carry out preventative groundskeeping tasks around the community Assist with additional ad-hoc tasks as required Build strong relationships with residents and contribute to their overall well-being Requirements: A warm and caring personality Experience in gardening duties (desired) A current Police Check certificate A valid driver's license Two COVID-19 Vaccinations
