Manage 70 properties based within 10kms of the office: Belmont, Cannington, Wilson, and surrounds. A full-service agency with lots of support. Be supported with a shared full-time assistant property manager, dedicated trust accountant, and outsourced PCRs. Day-to-day management of the portfolio. Passion for providing top customer service. SKILL & EXPERIENCE Minimum 1 – 2 years experience as a property manager. Current Property Management Registration and CPD Points. Professional presentation and high-level communication skills. Exceptional people skills and the drive to ensure your clients receive the best experience. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional work ethic to go the extra mile to achieve outstanding results. Computer proficient; Property Tree experience or REST essential. Ability to work autonomously.
