Key responsibilities: Supports store management team by providing consumers with outstanding experience while meeting or exceeding commercial goals, in turn building brand equity. Operates POS efficiently and maintains a high standard of accuracy. Ensures that visual merchandising standards are maintained at all times. Processes merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively, and constantly replenishes merchandising fixtures to ensure the store’s entire product offer is represented on the sales floor. Supports a culture of inclusion and positivity through open feedback and living the adidas values. Communicates a desire to learn and seizes all available opportunities to drive own development and increase performance. Requirements: To be successful in your application, you will have a strong retail sales or customer service background with a proven track record of success. You will be motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Working Hours: To be considered for the role, you will be required to have availability to work retail hours across weekdays and weekends.
